Wanted: Admin / Customer service staff – Crayford

We are looking for Admin / Customer service staff to work in a call centre for a prestigious delivery company based in Crayford.

JOB ROLE
The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, accurately obtaining and inputting caller and tracking details, rearranging deliveries of parcels and ensuring the customers needs are met and providing consistent high levels of customer service.

JOB & PERSON REQUIREMENTS
– excellent telephone manner
– excellent communication skills in both written and oral
– positive attitude
– team player
– experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
– be able to work under pressure in a fast, high pressured environment

The posts are initially for Christmas cover however there may be work into the New Year for any staff showing outstanding ability.
